         After the innovation of technology and equipment for many years, the factory has a series of form a complete set of plug & patch device such as AI machine 2 sets, semi-automatic printing machine 5 sets, Japan Panasonic MV2VB 1 set, MV2F 1 set, MSH3 2 sets , JUKI multifunctional machine 1 set, reflux welding 3 sets and so on. At present, the output of SMT processing reached more than 1500000 points

Solder Assembly 

         Solder assembly workshop area of nearly 3000 square meters, with 15 standard production lines, and 3 production lines for Apple, Philips, Sannuo products, equipped with advanced automation equipment over 100 sets,  also independently developed many semi-automation equipment, such as advanced Nitto wave soldering, ultrasonic welding machine with USA BRANSON circuit technology, laser engraving machine with Germany Scanla technology, high precision ATS equipment of Xunmao, automatic              

       soldering equipment, integrate test equipment and so on.

       Cable process

      Independent air conditioning workshop equipped with the newest technology of impulse heat welding machine, laser welding machine, soldering tin machine of peeling cable , automatic winding machine, automatic soldering machine, integration testing instruments over 40 sets , with the production capacity of USB 2.0, 3.0, 3.1 data cable.
